Take Warlord's, scan and reprint onto transparency film at around 58.3%. Teeing up to do the same thing here with my Sails ships and 1/1000 Henry Turner "expansions" and "upgrades" at 70%.

The material is Nickel silver, much better than brass, it allows finer and more resistant details.

If you have access to a 3d printer there is a file for a ratline jig on Wargaming 3d site. This jig will give you a full set of ratlines , however you will have to adjust the scale of the jig for the different size ships.
I am in the process of doing this but not yet completed.
You use cotton on the jig then soak in diluted pva glue say over night, then allow to dry for a day or longer, then snip off the ratlines.
I have made some and they are quite robust once dry, its just a matter of getting the size correct.
The file is very cheap and once you have bought you can obviously make as many as needed.
