    Default All Flags to Half-mast!

I request all captains to lower their flags to half-mast in salute at the death of The Lord High Admiral, H.R.H. Price Philip Duke of Edinburgh. He lived a long, full life of service to the Queen and the country. May he rest in peace.

Deeply moved by this. I met Prince Phillip on only one occassion, at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground during a Test Match. He was a very approachable man.
May he rest in peace..... God rest his soul.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
