That's the problem Jonas. They are an itinerant naval gun crew with no senior warrant officer let alone a goodly Captain such as yourself to put them on the straight and narrow. Believe me when I say they usually dress down from that effort. With a bit of money and a little help from the pusser we could smarten them up fair enough even to grace your Captain's Barge dear chap.
