You underestimate yourself sir. It was actually five!
Anyone who starts more than one a week stands a very good chance in these hard times.

Not really a job for the Comptroller of the Navy Board sir! With your permission I will designate one of the snotties for that job.

It's about setting an example, old friend... sending the message that no job is too small to be important, like in the '90s when the CEO of a large bookstore chain personally hit stores and worked customers one-on-one hustling books to show his people the need to get off their butts and engage with those whose money they needed to earn. :)

    Jonas.
I think that Keith only did the awards of rank based on a loose system to try and fit all nations. I would also have liked an interim rank of Commodore between Captain and Admiral. It is quite a big jump from 2000 to 5000, especially as we don't get as much chance to add posts as the Drome with its much greater number of posting members. You may have noticed that in the Portrait Captain Duff is correctly dressed for a Captain of less than three years seniority. There is also no record of when you captains made Post so I can't ascribe a pecking order nor dates of three years service as a captain.

    Hear, hear!

When all this plague has passed I will visit one of your shows and then take a trip to Portsmouth. It's been 35 years since I last visited Victory and if anyone of you fine fellows would care to accompany me I would bring the uniform and make sure to get a few pictures.

    SILVER ANCHOR, WOW!
Is that the 1st one ever awarded? Congratulations Jonas, well deserved sir! And I must say, you do make quite the commodore figure!

Normally these are only awarded to the British Fleet for special service, but an honorary one was awarded to Sven for his superb rendition of the Nile at Doncaster some years ago thus setting a president for my award to Jonas.
The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
