Well that accounts for my round my dear Comte.
Then there is Captain Duff's round, and finally the round that Able seaman McDorf is going to buy us all. It's tradition in the Royal Navy.

Rob, I will draw your attention to my five years of service and over three thousand posts, where probably at least twenty or so have been useful.

You are far too modest my dear Captain. At least many more have been of service to me alone.

I will see to the oversight shortly.

    Well done that man.

I am unable to award a top thread starter for this month as several shipmates tied in what was a very poor turnout.
Come on chaps get those AARs and punchy new rules systems etc. in this month. Remember the really big prize is at the end of the year and as yet there is no clear front runner.

I miss a week on the site and it rains medals. Well done Dobbs for your hat trick, that takes some doing and well deserved in my opinion. Is there one for rule inovation, if so you deserve that as well.

It seems the drinks are on me for my 50 rep points medal as well. Thank you to all of you who have given me rep for my limited contribution to the site, I greatly appreciate it.

Let's get to the bar and wet our throats.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
