No it is not DB. Dave was actually in line for it along with Chris, but as secretary to The Board I act on your instruction.
    It will be done sir.

It is with a sense of personal sadness and loss, and on instruction from the Comptroller of The Navy Board that I announce the award of the Sails of Glory Service Medal, posthumously, to the late Admiral David Naharaht for services to the aforementioned board.

    The citation reads:-

"A prestigious medal award to a select few for their dedication of time and knowledge to helping to keep the Sails of Glory Anchorage website a reality."

Wm. Bligh Secretary to the Navy Board.

Congratulations to all those medals awarded while I have been otherwise engaged.

I will stand at attention with my hat in hand and honour Naharaht. He will be missed.

Well this is a first. A medal award to a new member before he has even posted.
The Minor Con Medal goes to Simon's son Andrew, aka CptPugwash for assisting at yesterday's Partizan show.
    Congratulations sir.

Unfortunately, for the first time ever, there will be no "Top Thread Starter" award this month as nobody has posted a new thread save myself.

Sir, I‘m honored by this award.

To my personal shame we didn‘t saw any SoG action at the Prague Con this year, but to my defence, we‘re happy to regroup after two years of non-conventional-gaming…

Indeed one of the youngsters asked me for a SoG game and I promised tho host one next year.

Thank you for this steady input here, Rob.

And here is one for the book gentlemen.
Yesterday, with his 50th post, our esteemed Game Designer and inspiration finally attained the dizzy heights of Able seaman. Could this be a case of unrecognised talent?
He was immediately elevated to the position of Top MAN!

I must also apologise for a gross oversight on my part when issuing the latest Site Recognition Award medals.
If anyone of us was due to be awarded this medal it is our Founder and Designer Andrea, Angiolillo. So without more ado it gives me the greatest of pleasures to forward this award to you on behalf of the Admiralty Board.

    Congratulations sir.

It gives me great pleasure to announce the award of the AAR Campaign Medal Bronze to Paul, Shadow Dragon who has completed all 12 missions in the 2015 series. This also entitles him to wear the Admiral's silver badge for dedicated service, at future Sails events.
    Congratulations sir.
