    Default On leave again.

    Hi shipmates.
I will be off bashing Royalists again this weekend, Hope to be back Monday evening, so if you need anything serious in the meantime Eric and Keith will be watching over things until my return.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.

I believe that burning a naval dockyard is one of the few crimes on the United Kingdom statute book for which a sentence of hanging may still be awarded to the guilty.

We used to scare the crap out of contract welders in Portsmouth with that one. We had five (possibly seven) small fires in T42 refits when I was there for a spell in 1990. One of the foremen of shipwrights threatened the welders with hanging if it happened again!

Never knew you could all have that much fun in the Dockyard whilst I was away.

Just to prove that I was not idle whilst killing Royalist soldiers, I took the opportunity of recruiting a couple of new members who should be signing on any day now.
Here are a few shots from two evening battles played late on Friday and Sunday evening.

    Friday.
