    This morning I caught this newsflash showing the new HMS Queen Elizabeth as she was entering Portsmouth harbour.

    This is only the second warship named H.M.S. Queen Elizabeth but there have previously been twelve ships in the Royal Navy named Elizabeth. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Elizabeth

    The contrast in size with the Victory in the foreground is impressive.
    You caught just the right moment in the film clip as she passed by.

    The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
