Go to the top of the page here.
In the top margin above and to the right of the Anchorage Logo next to log out is settings. Click on this.
Look down the left hand dialogue boxes until you get to my settings edit profile picture.
You will get two options to follow:-
Choose your preferred method from the two given and download your picture.
I would personally save the pic I gave you to your computer and then download that way as you can trim the pic to suit before downloading it.
