NYPL continues to add new digital content on a daily basis and a great deal of it is in the public domanin. While searching and viewing some of the images available online I came across their "Stereogranimator", which allows you to create stereo images and gif's from existing stereopticon plates.

See here for a plate of the USS Vermont as a receiving ship: http://digitalcollections.nypl.org/i...0-e00a18064a99
