I see a "Maka" beer from Tonga in an earlier post. I've actually tried it while holiday in Tonga a couple of years ago. While I'm pleased I drank a few, and helped the island economy, I can't recommend it. As an aside I was on the islands of Foa and Lafuka which are in the Ha'apai Island group. This is the island group where the mutiny of the Bounty took place.
Tonga is made of three island groups, Ha'apai is the least developed and almost no tourists go there. Our highlight was without doubt snorkelling with humpback whales, it certainly was not the beer.

Now one from Samoa, not one I would recommend for its flavour.
However, when drunk with a fine view, such as that from Lalomanu beach, it can be rather rewarding.

To complete my Pacific Island theme I'll pop over to the island of Niue, population less than 1000 and no local brewery. Instead beer like all supplies are shipped in by a single container ship which arrives every 4 to 6 weeks. Everything is off loaded by barge and taken to the small jetty. Here was a ship being unloaded with beer, while we were there.
There was one aircraft per week in the tourist season when we visited three years ago. Tourists are allowed to bring a small quantity of canned beer in. Possibly important as the island has run out of beer on occasion.
And to set the scene, a photo of one of the few places to swim, on the coast. The reef is right next to the rock island that is pushed up almost vertically out of the sea.
Below, where Captain Cook tried to land but failed. You can possibly see how deep the water is near the land. I swam further out in the bay, where the beer is being unloaded and perhaps a km from land, with whales. I was told the trench was 5km deep by the guide. Niue is just punched up from the sea.

I've drunk the few I've posted. Not always the very bottle (but some of them) but at least one of that kind.
Very little actually Hugh. That was not part of my original remit, but we have drifted so far from the original that it don't seem to matter now as long as it's booze related in some nebulous way to the sea.
Bligh's adventure in an open boat will not have much further to run, although I suspect that the Mutineers will have. Look out for today's episode.

Apparently fresh water is in short supply so he might have to make this.
Apparently the only thing left on Pitcairn except for a few descendants is this old cannon.

I do not know of any link between the Bounty mutineers and Easter Island but as we seemed to have exhausted Pitcairn Island, I would try somewhere else not too far away.
