I think any boat that has the features work well. The most difficult to get of these boats are the stern mask. You would have to get stern mask of Langton ship and add it. To do this work you will need a Dremell.

Now you have to write a mail to Carol or Rod Langton to ask a Montañés' Stern mask. You may have to buy the whole hull.

Whilst I am getting in touch with them, what guns do you use on the forts you are building. Do they have a specific order number or size?

Yes, Langton miniatures has one type of guns. They are american civil war guns but for now It's the only brand I know who make guns. The reference is: ACWM2. each lot has 10 guns
