Default Diamondback's "HIstorical Order of Battle" Research--Thread Index

Similarly to my intent with the Stretching Sculpts index, it occurs to me that as I fill out data on my Historical Orders of Battle series--which is starting out as just "how many ships of what sculpts do we need to put this battle on the table?" and I'll build to more detailed formation listings later--that a thread index might be helpful here too.

So, in light of that, I'm starting this master index--Eric, another sticky please?

Daniel, for the Anglo-Dutch I'd rather break it down into smaller conflicts--trying to fight with that much all at once is a little beyond me, heck I'm struggling with digesting BWAS 1714-1792 for my spreadsheet and having to start by chopping out everything before the 1745 Establishment! O.O

I'll add headings for the others, though...
