    Ahoy, shipmates!

    Played my first game of SoG on Wednesday and I'm hooked! The starter set is on it's way and I'm looking forward to seeing a few American ships soon!

    That sounds like an interesting idea. I assume by year's end, it would be several thousand. It's 250 miles round trip if we play at each other's place.

    Let's starting looking at some spring dates. I hope by mid-March, weather will no longer be an issue.

    If we play in central Illinois, others from the Chicagoland and Rockford areas could join. If we can find someone in the Springfield area to host, it would be fairly easy for St. Louis and central Illinois to meet. If you folks host, we must have lunch on "The Hill."
