    Default the game itself

okay so maybe I have been stranded on a island out in the middle of the ocean, so could some one tell me when is the game going to be released?

Andrea recently said late Spring of 2012... when first announced, it was Summer of 2012.

I'd suspect the later date is more realistic, given the recent shift in release dates for the initial WGS material.

There's very little detail available at present and the minis would take considerable tooling up I would think, so I agree with David latter date looks more likely. The other caveat will be how well they do with LOTR and the release of WW2 WOG then WOG bombers. Poor sales would likely slow future product releases.

I think the current plan is four models (two frigates, two 74s) each in three variants, and in some cases one of those variants is a ship captured and taken into service by another nation. So there should be a fair degree of variety for us to enjoy in "series 1" whilst waiting for "series 2" (hopefully themed on 1812?) to appear.
