Missing the kickstarter

Hi all,

Just signed up at the end of the kickstarter ride. I certainly visited the site often enough but now this site replaces the refresh button. Probably better for me in the long run. I am new to naval war gaming and find this site helpful both historically and with the modeling side of the hobby.

As for modeling, your state of Washington is definitely one of the hotspots here, vis-vis Vol. You can't go wrong asking for advice from him, Rory, David, and others. Lots of talent and knowledge to draw from here.

Paul I live just south of Olympia, in Tumwater. As you probably know the three cities Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater are just one big town.

There is something very dangerously addictive about kickstarter. I need to remember that I can't just keep spending money for things that don't exist yet. But this game is going to be well worth it!

Thanks for the continued welcomes. I have been lurking a bit on the Wings of Glory forums. Looks like some of the same names. There is a local con in a few weeks I plan on trying out the game to give me a feel for things. Of course there is always the danger that I might enjoy wings of glory.

Replace "danger" with "wonderful certainty" and "might enjoy" with "will enjoy". Much more aligned with reality.
