 What the problem is with WHAT????
I am missing what you refer to here... It IS done this way. Parts are painted first, assembled later. Only very minimal touch-up work (and normally, none in these models) happens after assembly is...
Mostly correct, except I'd move the "Rules/Chit/Deck only" from "No chance in Hell" to "Highly unlikely". As we do not have that column, we can leave it there for the moment ;-)
It's unfortunately true... 1/1200 would have been much easier to handle discussions here ;-)
Seriously, try to cut 20% away from an Hebe class frigate or our Swan sloop, and see what's left.

Hi Rory. I am not sure I get the point exactly of WHAT is disappointing to you as a wargamer - is the scale change or anything else?
BTW-- at the moment we've got 42 people in the Record Breaker at GenCon, so we will have for sure a record! We still have 8 seats available, don't miss it! We even made a nice certificate to give out...

Sorry for the inconvenience.
The God of War sees, and is pleased :salute:
Thanks to Jim for the photos, and anybody else for the comments!
A couple of things:
- the small boats are a separate part. So if you don't really like them you can pry them away from the deck...
Be careful, there are MANY ships with the same names! We are doing four ships of the CONCORDE class (three French, plus one British), which include La Concorde, Courageuse, Hermione and HMS Concorde....
