Another great battle and victory! Thank you for posting.
Hello Logan. I have been lucky enough to go Hong Kong a couple of times. Great food and love the Stanley markets.
Oak and Iron uses cardboard wake markers that are placed at the stern of the ship to indicate the end of a move. Maybe Litko do some.
I have been thinking about this. My little gaming group of usually four people do not play Sails much at all mainly because it takes too long to get through a game. We meet at 7.30pm and like to be...
Perhaps we need an app released on Steam, IOS and Android to stimulate interest. There was one released for Wings of Glory a couple of weeks ago that seems to have bumped up numbers. Playing solo you...
Praying for a quick and complete recovery. :hatsoff:
Nice to see the French winning a game. :drinks:
A good game. Every grain ship sunk or captured is less food in the belly's of the French.
Hello Jed and welcome from down under.
Well done that man! Good reads there by the look of things.
Fascinating bit of History there.
Thanks Jon I will be interested to see how your mat stacks up in summer. I do not play Axis and Allies but Wings of Glory. A few years ago someone on their forum designed some HEX movement cards to...
I am not sure about these mats. I think maybe the new grippy sticky ones might not fare well in hot climates? Also I think the lines on the official Ares mats make it easier to line up you ships when...
Thank you posting this excellent AAR. Great pictures and annotations.
Probably a dumb question but could the site have been hacked?
Looks like a problem on our sister site today.
Dubrovnik really is brilliant work.
I can almost see road traffic in there.
Hi Lily, Welcome from Adelaide. I found the AAR's to most helpful where folk describe their games in words and pictures. I like this game because the rules are not set in concrete. You can adapt the...
I dont know about mats being the best really. I do appreciate Ares ones for the way it makes movement to be more precise. I also happily play on blue felt or my Caribbean mat from Oak & Iron.
That Château du Taureau would make a great prison for terrorists and really hardened criminals. A very scary looking place.
Glad to hear you are going well. I am thinking we might have caught it when we went for our third jab. Not sure but we do have some symptoms. We have booked a test for tomorrow, we had to wait 5 days...
Congratulations to all other medal winners. May you be healthy and happy in 2022.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery. :salute:
Our temperature is forecast to reach 39 today too but that is Centigrade.
Thank you for my promotion. Best wishes of the season to you all too. :hatsoff:
