All fleets now secure in the new top cupboards.

Trying to get this stage completed before we leave for Prague.
Then that will leave the playing table and its under table storage to complete.

Do you repainters spray the models with a matte or a satin coat? Does it "stick" well? My yard tips are already chipping...

Very fine they look too Rolando.
I keep having a peck at my ships from time to time trying to improve the look of the masts but it is a slow job with everything else demanding more time.

As you can see Jonas, I did not quite get the plinth made for the last cupboard before we left for Prague, so I guess this is still my workbench for April for now at least.

I did pick up another Sloop from Ladinek's shop which will be undergoing a sea change soon. As far as all else is concerned, all work is stopped until they finish knocking a hole in the Kitchen wall where the sink and window used to be.

Thank you, Rob! I finished the Starter set's HMS vanguard and HMS Terpsichore last night. I went with the bottom masts in yellow gor both, as a compromise between their original lemon yellow and varnished wood.Quote:

Well very authentic they look too Rolando.
Some of the chaps on the Drome are also dab hands at getting that varnished wood effect on the fuselages of the early Albatrii. It might be worth having a look there.

I've got a bunch of Warhammer 40k Adeptus Mechanicus models to put together. If allowed, I'll put some pictures up on my progress so far?
(just noticed it's now May, I guess I've missed the boat on this oops)
