At Powell River there is a massive breakwater formed from last ten surviving concrete ships from World Wars 1 & 2 in the world. http://www.concreteships.org/ships/powellriver/
Townsite Brewing Inc. have produced a series of beers remembering these vessels. The first vessel in the breakwater used to be one named the Charleston, which is also the name of a famous dance. They produce a Belgian triple beer in its honour.

The vessel, which replaced the Charleston in the Breakwater, is YOGN82. Although never graced with a name, Yard Oiler (Gasoline, Unpowered) 82 served in the Pacific theatre at Leyte, in the Phillipines. Being a fuel barge may not be the most glamourous of war roles, but provided an essential service nonetheless.
The Townsite brewery produces a Belgian triple beer to honour it.
