Nice!
I can't remember which cartoon it was -- something from the _Rocky & Bullwinkle_ bunch, IIRC -- where the Chinese villain is HQed on one of those. The narrator refers to it as "a Chinese junk", and the villain looks at the "camera" and says "Correction -- Chinese *sampan*". Later in the show, the villain's HQ ship is blown up by the heroes, and the narrator refers to the destruction of the "Chinese sampan"; whereupon the villain pokes his head up from the wreckage, looks at the "camera", and says, "Correction -- *now* Chinese junk."
So whenever I see a Chinese sailing vessel, that's the line I think of. :)
People trying to sell you stuff with blurry photos usually isn't a good sign.
At the risk of sounding negative, I must agree with Andy.:fixit:

Very nice and very interesting time in history for a naval game . . . now that I have sea elves I might be tempted . . .
Great pics.
For great pics - and great models - GHQ. (1/1200)

NOTE: Ratlines and rigging not included.... and rigging that brig was tricky. I used hair on mine, and paper for the sails (they used to supply them without those too). The photos are from GHQ's website.

Any of these yours Zoe? They are very nice.
Navwar make some very nice 1/1200 junks. And I've just picked up a couple of Pirateology junks for my 1/450 scale games.
No, all pix are from the manufacturers websites.
On the other hand, this is one of mine, taken many, many moons ago.
