Off to Partisan in a few minutes time. Hope to see some of you there.
Rob.
Thanks, Dave.
Glad to be of service. Thanks for the rep.
By the way, you can tell Suzanne I found a way
Glorious, Paul! Thank you very much. That's exactly the information I was looking for. Now I'll just extrapolate the Roebuck. I'm picturing somewhere
Dobbs Yesterday, 05:42As I'd hoped, if it was of no use someone who does know would pop over the horizon and Paul has done the honours. I agree it was a fun read too, well
flash Yesterday, 04:37Figure no stronger than Undated Speculative BHR as your ceiling. I wanna say we figured she'd be packing small guns but a LOT of them, maybe equivalent
Diamondback 10-11-2024, 19:58I hope this is readable. There's a bit of glare from the overhead light though. Let me know if there's something you can't make out. I've done photos
ShadowDragon 10-11-2024, 19:50That was a fun read, Dave, but the information I am looking for ws obscured by damage on the Bonhomme Richard and Isis is a Portland, so the next size
Dobbs 10-11-2024, 14:23A very interesting scenario as usual Dobbs.
Thanks for posting it.
Not my area of expertise, Dobbs, but are the stats you seek in the images of this thread ?:
https://sailsofglory.org/showthread....s-the-HMS-Isis
My BHR is on the other side of the county in Storage, but I'd say a Roebuck should be pretty comparable to that, only about a slight advantage. Serapis
Diamondback 10-11-2024, 09:36If someone could post stats for the Bonhomme Richard or any of the East Indiamen too, I discovered that I don't have those either.
Dobbs 10-11-2024, 04:38The cutters are so lively that when they're played by the AI, I have them sail at no more than 7 knots under fighting sail, rather than the 9
Dobbs 10-10-2024, 18:18Thanks for the Rep, Mike! My pleasure to post little plastic ships blasting away at each other.
Dobbs 10-10-2024, 18:13Ares came out with the Bonhomme Richard, but no Serapis. Has anyone com up with conjectural stats for a Roebuck 44? I thought the Portland mini would
Dobbs 10-10-2024, 16:49That Zeppelin Raider game sounds pretty cool! I am a sucker for zeppelins.
Dobbs 10-10-2024, 16:45Great scenario. I will try that once I finish fiddling with my Zeppelin Raider game.
Baxter 10-10-2024, 16:40Nice little scenario Dobbs. Thanks for sharing it with us
Cochrane 10-10-2024, 11:13A sharp action, Dobbs, those cutters are lively beggars aren't they !
Like the conversion too.
A few years back I converted a sloop into a whaler to add variety to my ship collection. While I enjoyed its existence, I never made a scenario for it
