Hello crewmen,
my name is Danjel Ricci, from Tivoli, Italy. I'm a big fan of Wings Of War/Glory (which I play actively with my friends), and I'm already an user (http://www.wingsofwar.org/forums/member.php?4164-DanjelRicci) in the WoG Aerodrome. :)

Sails Of Glory inspired me a lot since the first day it has been revealed, mostly because of the game system which is really similar to WoG, so here I am, already waiting for my Kickstarter set + exclusive ships to be delivered at my home!

Talking a little about myself, I'm an iOS programmer in Rome, and an indie game developer whenever I have some free time. I like 3D modeling and animation, drawing, digital painting, hand drawing, arts in general, vehicles, futuristic things, making videogames. I play WoG/SoG not for the historical part, but for the big fun of them.

See you around the Anchorage! ;)

Hey Danjel, I did not know you were into 3D modeling and digital painting... have any examples of your work?

Yes of course, but don't expect awesome things. :P
My most recent works are about two games I'm developing alone (in fact for "digital painting" I often refer to texture making), though I have some other works. All the work in the links is 100% mine, except for textures on the building of Beach Marbles Racing (they are real photos).

Beach Marbles Racing (http://speedgraphx.wordpress.com/project-beach-marbles-racing/)
My first game, about racing with plastic, glass and metal marbles on the beach. Exactly the old classic game from our childhood! Yet to be realeased to iOS.

The Speed Fragment (http://ftp.artdrayton.altervista.org/SpeedFragment/04/SpeedFragmentWEB.html)
My second game project, still in early development. Let's say it's a tribute to the old F-Zero on SNES and GBA! Link points to an alpha version you can actually play in your web browser with the Unity3D plugin. Warning: it's difficult!

DeviantArt gallery (http://mrdrayton.deviantart.com/gallery/)
My abandoned DA gallery, there are more older works of mine (2D/3D).

Stay Or Leave (recolor) (http://GoddessDark.deviantart.com/art/Stay-Or-Leave-Recolor-169555778)
Old recolor of an original B/W lineart by Reiq. My girfriend colored hair and skin, I did all the rest. Uploaded on her DA account.

Micro cars (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/34085865/Immagini%20al%20volo/Micro%20Cars.jpg)
Product of one of my side-side-side hobbies: sculpting.

Unfortunately I really can't keep up with making more paintings, models, etc. My free time is barely enough to let me eat, take a shower, do something for my main hobby (game development), sleep, and meet my friends on weekends, so it's almost a year I don't apply seriously on other projects.
Aside from this, I started to draw/paint on my iPad during my travels from home to workplace and back, so I can stay productive a little, but it's so damn difficult. Nothing yet to show that I'm a bit proud of... :P
