Hello everyone, it is not 1/1000 scale, but 1/700 but I wanted to show the work done in resin 3D printing and the potential it has for this type of game. I'm sure Henry is going to contribute a lot in that regard.

The ship is L'Orient. Was a french ship of Classe Commerce de Marseille of 120 guns. This class was the largest done at this period. I hope you like.

List of used materials and brands:
Hull: Mann O' War Miniatures (desing and print)
Sails: Brass sheet. Scratch build.
Mast: Steel and brass rods. Scratch build.
Ratlines: Mikrostocznia.
Crew: Eduard 1/700 WWII
Accessories: anchors, boats. Meridian
Flags: Paper. Scratch build.
Sea base: Paper pulp, paints and sea effect gel from Vallejo.

Beautiful model and photography--if the base edges weren't clearly visible, one could almost think it was the real thing.

Could be DB.
One for Bill here.
