No, because it relates to the rules. Polls can be in any section which they relate to.

The full crew actions are only for experienced players.

I'm planning to move to the standard rules in my next game. We've been having so much fun that we haven't felt compelled to change anything, although I'm looking forward to dealing out some raking shots. We've also been boarding, and soon I'm going to be adding rules for schooners and rowed gunboats.

I am more or less the same as the good Comte, except that I usually add odds and ends from advanced rules often modified to suit the scenario. It don't really signify what you do as long as your opponents agree.

I was introduced to the game with the advanced rules, so I pretty much always play with them.

The optional rules I have added to my games are the First fire bonus, leaving struck ships on the table.
