View Full Version : Permission to come aboard sir?
Hi all
My name is Rob some of you know me from the aerodrome by the same name.
I am 23 and studied History at university, I have been playing wings for just over a year but had never managed to dip my toes in the water when it comes to sails although i had been wanting too for some time as some of my earliest memories of an interest in History stem from watching shows such as Hornblower with my granddad and being taken around Portsmouth including HMS Victory when i was small. This weekend at the UK games expo i got the chance to swap the skies for the sea and thanks to the tutelage of Bligh, Capn Duff and Ensign Patch picked up the basic rules and had a great time , so thanks again and im looking forward to being a part of the Anchorage :hatsoff:
