My name is Hidalgo, I love this game and these battleships. I would like to see more Spanish ships, like Santísima Trinidad, maybe more time variety to play caribbean battles vs pirateas and corsairs like Drake vs the Spalnish Treasure Fleet, Mediterranean Wars vs Otomans and my favourite historical scenario: the failed Vernon's attack to Cartagena de Indias.

I had not seen all these answers, wow! I hope this community grow up all around the world.

I am working in a solo game system, to automatize an AI, but an easy system, without a lot of charts or tables, maybe it is not going to be a perfect or rigorous method, but I wish to be a funny game.

Yeah, I saw the news about the next release of the Spanish Fleet, so I am very happy! The old naval battle's history can't be understood without the Spanish, British and French fleets (just like the Dutch and Portuguese fleets explain much of naval trade and the seas exploration), so this game was "lame" without our ships, (hehehe), however, after Trafalgar our ships and glory remains on the seabed, because of neglectful and corrupt rulers, but always, courage sailors and marines.

In spite of all that, the Spanish naval engineering was very important for the navigation's development and naval warfare from XVI century to 1805.

So my great-uncle sand in the naval engineering I will provide continuing my work in a different alternative solo mode for this game :P
