Minerva 1810 (Bath, Maine) Merchant Ship?

I've been working (on again, off again) on a kitbash of a US brig using the USS Atalanta. I already have the 3D printed USS Niagara from Shapeways so I'm not going that route. I found this image which looks to be a merchant vessel and not any of the US Navy brigs listed on 3 Decks. Having a SoG small merchant ship would be great, but I really want to know more about the ship itself? Any help would be appreciated.

The original watercolor is now in the Maine Maritime Museum.

It's too cold in the basement to be working much these days, but I've got a basic ship going that I might post some photos of to get some feedback. I don't like the small size of the mizzen sail, but coincidentally I have a broken mizzen mast from the Ketih Wave 2 sale. That might make a better and more realistic portrayal of the sail?

I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with this kitbash? Initially I was thinking a pirate ship (hence the grey sails, etc.), but now I may bash into a small merchant? Either way I think the larger mizzen looks more appropriate. Any thoughts from the ship pros?

I'm not one of the ship pros but I would think that if you had put the main mast up on the quarterdeck it wouldn't look as small.

In my build I used the mizzen from a 74 and that on the other hand was too big. Now when I think of it I wish I had cut down on the outer and mostly upper part of it.

Thanks Jonas. I very much liked your HMS Speedy. I think what I may attempt when I have time and the basement isn't freezing is use the larger mizzen and then also add another sail using sheet brass I have here. Still undecided on what ship it might end up as, but that I can address later.
