It must do Dobbs as the actual shown reductions on site for ships is not 40%.
Having looked again I'm not sure because the reductions special price is also what has been added to the aircraft bases. I would check with Keith by PM.

I think this 40 % offer counts for the regular price not the special pricw, but you save some bucks anyways.
