According to [this article] (http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2011/08/110829-blackbeard-shipwreck-pirates-archaeology-science/) on National Geographic, it seems that Blackbeard's ship, the Queen Anne's Revenge, has been discovered, and confirmed, off the coast of Virginia. Pretty exciting stuff!
