Here it is. More challenges and fun from Neil. I make no claims of historical accuracy or of necessarily playing out the scenario as Neil may have intended. Like all of our scenarios I think I would do it differently if I had the time and energy to do it over. Next up will be August from Jonas, although I don't know when I'll actually get to that. Cheers and Enjoy!

Lieutenant Hubert Hartwich (aboard USS Atalanta) (P) RTP / Uninjured /
Due to the nature of this mission I don't really know how (or if) there might be ability point awards? Hartwich certainly received a world of experience from being on a fire ship and observing the fighting capabilities of the US seaman.

Great AAR. Well deserved rep on way. Love the format.
Well a close run thing in several respects Jim.
As I discovered that coastline is very close on the turn, although I chose the other side of the bay.
Like my attempt, crew decimation was the highest problem, rather than hull damage.
Well done for carrying the day.
Rep deserved, but I am cup tied again.
Bligh.

Thanks for the positive comments and rep (Neil). Rob, I'm also limited in my rep giving these days. We need some new members or players for the solo campaign so I can start farming it out?!
Sure do. I feel as if I'm selling you chaps short. If I had read these AARs as they were published, there would have been plenty of time to spread the goodies before your next one appeared. As it is I'm sharing Rep between the faithful half dozen all the time.
Rob.
Very enjoyable read!
There's just a few of us active right now. I'm suspecting vacation time might have something to do with it. At least I hope it will be more active members as autumn comes.

I'll second that Jonas.

A corps of tight players will keep the forum chugging along. Now that I have seen how Eric runs games with 12 plus players and keeps them interested that is the way to go at shows. Once hooked they will play. It's the getting them hooked that's the problem. Eric uses just the right amount of rules to keep the action moving. We played some fantastic games at Origins.

Apologies Jim just awarded the VP's for this mission. Orbat sheet amended accordingly.
