Ahoy! I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a long time gamer and a huge fan of Napoleonic warfare. I've been a big fan of the Wings of War series and looking for to Wings of Glory as well. However, I think Sails of Glory is even more up my alley... or up my galley? I really liked the idea of Pirates of the Spanish Main ccg, but the rules were a bit weak and over complicated. I'm hoping this will solve all of that. I'm also hoping the miniatures will look at least as good as their Wings of Glory counterparts.

It's going to be a long wait.

The are a few members preparing the battlefield for the upcomming vessels.

Hope we can fight the first battles December 2012.

Welcome! It's great watching people interested in Napoleonic warfare. In some way, those wars were the first "world wars" because a lot of countries were involved. Napoleonic soldier corpses were found 500 metres awy my parents' home some years ago, so that conflict is very close to somebody...
