This describes Russian naval forces in the Mediterranean after Trafalgar. The Russians had land forces on Corfu for some of this period and were keen to break out of the Black Sea and capture the Dardenelles from the Turks who they were at war with them for part (all?) of this period.

Note the transfer of some of the Russian ships to the French in Oct 1809, internment of others at Portsmouth, one ship went to Austria and one ended up in the hands of Naples. Of all the ships listed it looks like only 2 made it back to Russia.
