View Full Version : PIRATE SITES
Since it looks like pirate SOG ships will come sooner or later, it might be a good time to share pirate sites.
I'll start it off with,

Ed did we do something like that 18 months ago? Wish I could figure out how to search the anchorage, is there a way to search for old posts? Might have been in one of the long " best links" threads?

Oh I might be remembering all those "inappropriate" pirate pictures we had...

At my age I'm lucky if I can remember 18 days ago.
I'll do a search using pirate and see what comes up.
I've found sites for pirate songs, movies, semi x rated pictures and stories, but I couldn't find anything asking for a collection of Pirate sites.
The one I listed is pretty good.
One problem with pirate themes is separating the historical from the "Hollywood."

Nice site, Ed. Thanks.
I found an exhibition on pirates here: http://amhistory.si.edu/onthewater/exhibition/1_5.html
And if you want to dress up and be a pretend pirate I found this site for costuming/re-enacting: https://www.dresslikeapirate.com/scart/
Those are two great sites. Much obliged, Jim.
Thanks Coog. Looks like I'll have much to watch.
