Avast ther.
I am slowly rebuilding my fleets, also with the Skytrex sale have added a small squadron.
however I seem to remember that the Skytrex models do not have the fron t sail that attached to the bowsprit, Im not talking the front trianular ones but the sail that is the standard billowing one, sorry Im not really in with the full nautical terms as yet, so I have seen models with these sail, where can I get them from to fit to my Skytrex models can anyone help please

The only sails that I have heard of that you can purchase separately are the photo-etched brass ones from Langton (http://www.rodlangton.com/napoleonic/frame.htm).

I used a small bit of brass rod with my GHQ ships. File a slight notch in the bowsprit and attach with some superglue.

As Wayne says, file a small notch to help with security, and then try a small piece of paper or thin card bent around a dowel or small pen to get a billowy effect.

Try http://www.hobbylinc.com/Plastruct_Building_Supplies and pick up a 8 pack of .010 white sheet styrene for $3.49, should be enough to make a few thousand.

You can pick up plasticard styrene sheet from Hobbycraft Chris. Failing that open another bottle of your finest and use the Lead foil.

Thanks chaps, it does seem a bit odd to me though selling models which are obviously missing a main component. All pics I see of vessels have this sail and mast/spar so why is it not included I wonder
