A proud tradition started in 1996 shall continue! I am once again hosting a game day at my place on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The address: 809 Ziegler Ave. Aurora, IL. Cell phone: 630-664-3088. Planning on starting around noon with a WoG scenario. Another friend is planning on running an A & A miniature, possibly British/French counterattack at Arras 1940. If anybody wants feel free to bring SoG. I know this is a little short notice for you guys across the pond, but if you really need a game..........

Thanks for the invite, I was not sure if this was happening with the Aerodrome site down. Unfortunately I have to pass and stay closer to home today.

Have fun!

I think this was more of a game day in general. WoG might not have made it to the table, and I doubt SoG would have, given no access to a demo kit. I remember Michael mentioning A&A might be played.

The game day did happen. We played a WoG scenario to start off, then a couple guys played a few Star Wars games, 4 of us played A & A 1942, 2nd ed. and 4 others played an A & A miniature based on the British French counterattack at Arras, May 1940. All in all a good time once again. Unfortunately I was so occupied that I didn't think of taking any pictures.

Relatively impressed by the amount of empty beer bottles, pop cans, pizza boxes, and snack bags that I had to move out of the basement!
