Not able to wait for the SOG ships. I turn my patience to the 1/200" scale Wings of Glory Battle of Midway ships . . . the Yorktown is done, but then there are the Japanese Carriers!

Very cool. Are you making the Akagi modular for transportation, or is it just the way you've cut the foam? It looks like there's a divide mid ship?

Split ships travel better to the game stores! I use pegs and rare earth magnets to join the bits. Here's a peak at the Yorktown . . . I'm into practical inpracticality!
