Just saw this as a 'staff pick' on Kickstarter. Might be appealing to our more or less unsavory piratical types?

Apologies, wrong place for this thread. If the mods could be so kind as to move to Wardroom? Thanks.
Thanks, Jim, for informing us. I like the artwork. Could be interesting, especially for a couple of our shipmates who will remain nameless.

Thanks for moving the thread, Eric. I'm tempted because I too like the art style and I used to collect graphic novels back in the 70s and 80s.
Have you seen this one on WWII aviation? Someone posted it in the Aerodrome recently: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1936393476/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Shouldn't that be "'ARRdboiled"? ;)

Wow! That looks to be an excellent one! But I'll have to resist; still have boxes of ones I bought way back when. So tempting though. . .and I am thinking of supporting this KS project as you can get a 'digital' copy. Many European graphic novels are pretty awesome.
I am contemplating picking up both. I, too, however, am battling the urge to acquire more while my bookshelves are populated by unread books. This past week, I stopped by our local used bookstore, and my friend, the owner, picked up a whole WWI collection of books in an estate sale. Needless to say, I picked up quite a few of them. I will have much more time for reading starting next summer, so I have been building a library accordingly. These two graphic books are tempting me.
