During my searches for information I have run across a lot of reference sites. I think these links would be very interesting for anyone looking at the numbers and types of ship, during what time line.

Nice site, Bob. Loading pages can be a bit slow, but worth the wait. A lot of info ready at hand.

It has a really good search mechanism/filters, plus it gives information that goes beyond what is in Wiki in many cases. Wikipediea has issues especially with Tons Burthen, sometimes they list build weight and not BM.

The trouble with Wikipedia is that anyone can post to it or edit the info. You will find a lot of conflicting information when comparing with other sources.
