Default I started rigging and other things

Thought I'd post a couple of my first attempt at rigging thee little buggers.

I only went basic so far to stop the masts from flexing as much.

Still have some trimming of the thread ends to do after I apply pva to the knots and paint the mast and sails.

The thread I am using is a crochet thread that is thicker than normal sewing thread.

I'd like to replace all the flags with ones hanging from the back sail but haven't had the courage to snip the flagpoles off yet.

I also finished laser cutting my replacement scenery tiles.

I jigsaw keyed the edges so they don't slide apart and after painting and set up they look like this...

Working on village, town and batteries scenery to place on top.

Will update when I have more.

    Looking good thus far Alan.
I really like your idea of interlocking the coastal sections.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
